Beginner workouts?

Hello, Yes, I’d like to run. I’ve started running with the freeletics app before and it was a great experience. It was the separate running app though and I’ve got the impression the app now just doesn’t seem to be very good. Many people start running from nothing using running apps, it’s definitely not because I’m on the wrong journey, it’s because the journey is not adapted to beginners! Asking someone to start with 1k is an injury or heart attack waiting to happen! The nice things about following a program is that it builds gradually. I’ve had this experience with freeletics before so it’s frustrating that I’ve paid for something that just doesn’t deliver and makes me feel demotivated.
