I used to use freeletics back in 2015/2016 and loved it. Moved on to bodybuilding. I imagine the app has evolved over the years. Does it allow you to put in your own programs and have freeletic workouts supplement them?

Hi @jaredking200 , you can’t really say “I have done a chest day, generate some accessory work to complement my training”, but you can create your own workout, by selecting from their single exercise library and add weight and reps that you want to do.
You can also do a training journey to complement the training and reduce the workout time to 15 min so that you don’t over train, for example.
