Combining Ultimate Strength & Running

Is it possible to combine the Ultimate Strength journey with running in one journey while defining on what days to do strength / running;

  • Tuesday, Friday, Sunday: Ultimate Strength
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Running (Tuesday shorter run, Thursday HIIT run, Saturday long jog)

Hi @michalis.meyer , while it is not possible to combine 2 journeys, you can jump on the Ultimate Strength, and use the adapt button to turn any session into a run.

No. It will always and only be running, never interval running.
