I am doing the journey translated from Spanish “reduce body fat” , and I am wondering if there is a deload week as sometimes I feel at the limit of burnout. Or maybe I should choose a week for myself? Or just 4 days a week instead of 5? What strategy to use? I have been training like 3 months in a row.

Week 1: Assessment

Weeks 2-11: Personalized Training
The Coach personalizes each week based on your training.
Week 12: Hell Week
Week 12 is Hell Week. The time to show what you’ve achieved.
