I noticed that the picture for the targeted muscles are less acurate in dumbbell gain, than in the bodyweight journeys. Especially dumbbells are good for targeting very specific muscles and it would be cool to see which (roughly) are targeted. Instead only the bigger muscle groups are shown.
For example let’s look at the dumbbell bent over reverse flies.
It says that the whole upper body is used meanwhile actually the back and shoulders are mainly used.
I get that Freeletics is mainly a bodyweight app, but the weighted journeys and exercises seem to be made with a bit less love.
