I have a knee injury. Seemingly not bad, but am relaxing it. So I adapted my training to exclude upper and lower legs. And the upper body exercises all include stress in the knees, to include working out thighs. I’m confused as to why this happens.

Do you have equipment eg Pullup bar activated?
Which journey you have selected?
If the coach has almost no options, it will give you exercises even if that body part is excluded.
