Hi, my workouts are generally between 30-40 minutes and I’d like for them to be 15 minutes more. How can I do that?
Hi, you could try another journey, with longer sessions, or pick a muscle group workout after your daily workout.
Hi @matthew.carpenter.ar you could try to hit the button “I want a harder session”. There is no option to extend the duration of a workout. You could also add some extra work from the explore session
