I would like to limit the standard work out time to 45 minutes or 30 minutes. Thx!

Depending on your selected Training Journey, you can adapt a session to a specific time frame. Although this is based on average time; you can finish a coach session expected to last 30 minutes within 15 minutes or you need an hour.
Training Journeys dedicated to Weights as Dumbbell Fundamentals couldn’t be shorten down unless you switch to an unequipped session (afaik). Is this in your case?
