For the older athlete

Hi team,

I’ve been FL for the next part of 10 years and seen it evolve massively.

As a result, I am only 10 years older.

Is there a specific journey for the more mature freeathle? 45yrs +?

At 45, your body still responds to strength and HIIT training just like before. The physiology hasn’t changed - only the context might have.

Maybe what’s changed are your goals? That’s where it makes sense to adjust: refine your training based on what you want to achieve now.

Don’t train for your age - train for your goals. And keep evolving them as you do.
