How to get a longer run

I’m currently doing the HIIT & Run journey and have a 2.5km run scheduled for today :man_running:

The only way I can fit in a run today is my commute home from work, which is about 4.5km via shortest route. If I asked the coach to give me a harder workout today, would it just give me a longer run or is it likely to change my workout to a HIIT one. I can comfortably run the longer distance, coach just doesn’t know that about me yet.

Any advice?

I used this program for about 1 year and a half / 2 years. I have never been able to go beyond 15km. The best solution is to program it yourself outside of freeletics. The app is more accessible over short distances.
