How to train with a Tennis elbow

I developed a tennis elbow. Anybody has a suggestion how I can adapt my training approach with the freeletic app. I can not find a way to tell the AI trainer.

During my CrossFit days, I had tennis elbow twice. The only real solution is rest, recovery, and addressing the underlying cause. In my case, the second time (because I initially only treated the symptoms with injections instead of addressing the cause), I had a sports massage therapist work out the tennis elbow for weeks. It was incredibly painful, and I ended up with a bruise covering my entire forearm. That was 12 years ago, and I haven’t had tennis elbow since.

As difficult as it may be, you shouldn’t train during tennis elbow therapy. The Freeletics Coach can’t reflect an injury in the Coach program because, according to the terms and conditions, Free Athletes should only use the app if they are not injured.
