After dumble journey, I chose freelectics hardcore. The god workouts seems to be very tough for a beginner and i cpuld complete it. I skipped the remaini g god workout by immediately moving to next next next.Will this effevt my coach setti gs or will AI understand me as a beginner? I have selected not great as feedback after the training
Hi, I think the journey itself is not suited for a beginner, thus the name, hardcore Journey. Maybe it will adapt a bit to you, if you keep giving the worst feedback (and with this the most honest). You can try it but I really think you should be more advanced to do that Journey…
