INJURY - Stupid Coach Workout

I just had an injury based on a dumb coaching workout and want to share it so that hopefully the algorythm gets improved.

You can see my training (hiit focus upper body 30min / ultimate burn) in the screenshots below.

Basically the injury resulted because the coach pushed my wrists, arms and shoulders and decided to throw in a shoulder tap (hand stand) as last excercise (16 reps).

I coudln’t even do 1 rep and the first rep resulted in a feet injury as I slided sideways.
I tried it 2 times afterwards but I wasn’t able to get even 1 (ONE!) rep! Only because I could do 16 reps as first excercise on skill training doesnt mean I can do 16 as last excercise after an arm/should workout :joy: . This is just stupid of the coach. Of course I didn’t know how “done” my wrists/arms are else I wouldn’t have tried it in the first place.
I was able to do a “normal” set of 8 negative handstand pushups instead though. So the difficulty is particularly the one hand hand stand which should be excluded as last excercise.

Obviously your algorythm should take injury possibility into account.

It also fits that I saw the AI slop reverse windmill video you have in your app first time today. Is this the new freeletics gold standard?

I train for over a year with your app but today was just stupidly disappointing.

For reference: i replaced the shoulder taps with “plank shoulder taps”, so you will see the replacement exercise in the screenshots below.
