I started training about a month ago with a training journey.
Now I’m done, and I would like to continue training with the same type of training journey.
Will the coach consider the results already obtained by adapting the new training (even if it is the same type as the previous one)?

Hi @ibarbato , yes the Coach will always use your training history to adapt and provide you a tailored training plan. Even if the journey is the same.
I personally do the same journey over and over and it’s always changing.
