Non HIIT workout

I’ve heard that freeletics provide HIIT workouts, and that HIIT is a good way to lose weight but I see a journey focused on strength " Weights Free Gain". Is this journey HIIT?

I’m looking for strength workouts cause I don’t want to lose weight and It seems that HIIT workout is not right for me

PS: My previous journey was “Start Strong”

HIIT ist for both: burning Fat and building muscles.

(I do body composition analysis regularly and have managed to get over 75% muscle mass in the last few years as a woman with HIIT)
