Nordic Gods and Rower workouts List

Hey everyone,

I have created all the old Freeletics Gym Conditioning (Nordic Barbell/plates Gods) and Endurance (rower intervals) workouts.

I switched the Pull Press by Hang Power Cleans or Clean and Jerks.

These are super fun and I think they are really missing from the current app!

I have left the weight as 20kg for ease of creation, feel free to adapt as you like!

Thanks Tom! This is what I was looking for. However I did not understand how can I import these. If I click on one, the app opens but the nothing hapens. Any clue?

Hey @m.controzzi glad you like them!
If you enable the experimental feature in your settings, I think you can mark these workouts as “favourite”?

Thanks for the answer Tom. I have actually enabled the exp. feature, but still if a press on the link I cannot see any workout. The app just opens and I am in the home page. Is there any other who tried?

@Ben Is there a problem concerning sharing custom workouts? I’m not able to open those shared custom workouts, too. Although the shared links seem to be correct.

Thanks @melaLetics :clapclapstatic: Yeah, something weird is happening :+1: I’ll need to look in to why, it looks like the routes aren’t being defined consistently.

As an example the above links when hit include a trailing /

The same links with this trailing / removed do take you to the workout, so in the meantime if you want to take a peek at the really very cool workouts Tom has shared, you can do this.

I think the links are directing to the correct workouts, but we’re still adding this trailing/ to each link when they are tapped on.
