Anytime! As far as I know, Freeletics team checks the forum.
I agree with you, guidance in the app could be better. I remember when I started the app, it took diligence to understand the flow and options. And also, I had doubts about how thing would work once I pay a subscription.
Showing easier exercise options has been requested on this forum many times, but the team must have been busy with other features. I include some of the links with this request:
I would like to second this. having a “replace” option on a per exercise basis would be really useful so that I could go through and replace exercises that I am unable to do that day without changing the entire session.
Hi guys!
There used to be a description for every exercise of which exercise to switch to when during training it proves to be too hard. For instance: switch to knee push-ups when doing normal push-ups etc.
Although you can give the coach feedback ‘I had to replace at least one exercise’, I can not find which exercise to switch too now.
Does anyone know where to find them?
Cheers, Niels

In my first freeletics workouts I found out that in one occasion I’m not even able to do 1 single repetition of the proposed exercise. My questions are:
how can I overcome this situation? Does Freeletics offer easier altern…
Hello coaches / Freeletics
I’m loving the app . Is it possible in the future updates off the app to have a section with in the coache daily work out plan to show alternate exercises that can be done if someone cannot do the suggested workout
Eg burpees , or jumping jacks ( non impact ones )
Most exercises I can execute without any problems but some are little bit advanced.
I’ve tired using the ADAPT options

While searching for these, I’ve found a table with easier versions that could be helpful, at least for some exercises. Hoping that this could be incorporated in the app soon
Sometimes the assigned exercises in Freeletics workouts can seem intimidating. They can be too intense or advanced for your current fitness level. Here’s an outline of the different versions of each exercise and how they compare in difficulty.
Each row of exercises tests a similar group of muscles, but to different levels of intensity and complexity. Standard versions offer the least level of exertion per repetition, with Advanced providing the most challenging.
Use this table as a reference w…
