Plate cocoons too heavy

I’m being recommended to do plate cocoons at 25kg, but the largest plate I have is 20kg.

It’s hard to do that exercise with 2 plates, do I combine plates on a bar, or is there some other method to safely do this exercise?

I do two plates on the same side of a dumbbell bar, but you can just change the weight to 20kg, if you feel safer that way.

Hi @Chrisbarc, I would use a dumbbell instead, but if you don’t have access to it I would think that using a barbell could do the trick as well. POtentially more challenging on your core as the bar is wider.
