I created my own workout using repetitions and specific dumbbell weight. This workout was more strenuous than the dumbbell workouts in the app. The app workout makes one earn 1500 to 2000 points. But my workout earned me only 30 points. Can’t Freeletics improve this point system calculating it correctly?
I had been waiting for this feature for a long time, and I was excited when it finally showed up. However, the way it performs calculations has ruined the feature for me. Sadly, I don’t use it.
Similarly, it is with Recovery and stretching. I don’t use that part of the app not to receive 450 points for nothing (it doesn’t represent values in terms of difficulty for getting regular 450 points). If something feels unfair to my sense of value, I just don’t do it.
It is, of course, highly valuable, which is why I do it outside the app during my morning routine.
