Single exercises and training journey

Hello! If I do bicep curls and dumbbell lateral raises in individual exercises, does the coach include them in the weight free gain journey? Thank you.

Hi @roberto.franceschini, as the name says, the Weight Free Gain Journey will remain weight free even if you add weights in your Coach settings or if you do these exercises individually. But that shouldn’t stop you from doing them and entering them manually! The Coach will take the fitness benefits you get from them into account when creating your Coach sessions :muscle:
