Total minutes in the last 7 days

Is there an easy way to find the total number of minutes I worked out in the last 7 days? For example, if I want to know if I worked out more 150 minutes in the last 7 days, what’s the easiest way to find this? Thank you!

Probably on your weekly stats update (assuming your email permissions are on).

Yup! Warm-ups/Cool-downs are not included though.
