Training Schedule

I m following barbell strength training 3x / week but it doesn’t include any bicep / tricep workouts and hence, I m keeping remaining 4 days for biceps and triceps with some glutes training.

I wanted to know from experts if this is a good schedule to follow or I need to include complete rest?
