Training Tips - A Thread?

I’m pretty new here, and am at the stage of figuring out what works for me training wise. You all have a tonne of experience with training and I bet there are more than a few top tips (Freeletics based on not) that could help out your fellow free athletes.

I figured it’d be cool to create a thread of them all here. Please post below any tips/advice that have helped you in your training!

I’ll go first. I’m a parent to two small kids and work two jobs. My weeks have to have a fair amount of flex in them, meaning I can’t always plan my training 7 days in advance. What I have found works best for me is just to plan 2 workouts in first half of the week - I find if I get two under my belt by Wednesday, I’m more likely to squeeze in another one or two. You can always adjust your training days as the week progresses!
