Warm Up Configuration

I’m new to the app and starting an exercise routine after many years of not having one.

I notice that the warmups do not update when you select a new difficulty, so now my warmups wear me out before I can even get to the workout.

Is there a way to update the warmups with the difficulty of an exercise?

You’re right - the warm-ups don’t adapt to the selected difficulty level. Only the main workout block does.

There isn’t a way to make the app adjust the warm-up for you, but here are two things that can help:

  • Stick with it - they feel tough at first, especially if you’re coming back after a long break, but they do get easier quickly as your body adapts.

  • Scale them yourself - go slower or swap for easier variations of the same moves if you’re too fatigued. That way you’re still warming up safely without draining your energy before the workout.

I appreciate the advice and help… I also realize that if the workouts can be tailored… so can/should the warmups.

I’m happy with the app so far, I wish its features were richer. Maybe they will be as time goes along.
