You’re right - the warm-ups don’t adapt to the selected difficulty level. Only the main workout block does.
There isn’t a way to make the app adjust the warm-up for you, but here are two things that can help:
Stick with it - they feel tough at first, especially if you’re coming back after a long break, but they do get easier quickly as your body adapts.
Scale them yourself - go slower or swap for easier variations of the same moves if you’re too fatigued. That way you’re still warming up safely without draining your energy before the workout.
