I have a question about the weights. During a Barbell Curl exercise or Bent Rows, is the weight recommended on the screen including the bar weight ? Or it is the actual plates weight I am supposed to add to the bar to do the exercise ?
In case the weight mentioned is supposed to be added plates weight, I could barely lift the bar alone to complete the set and I couldn’t add any weight so I told the coach to adjust the weight to 0 (zero) KG. How will he understand the 0 ? Will he take into consideration that the bar weight alone is already 20Kg ?
