Hi this is silly but just to confirm, on the app it says all weights with barbell exercises include the barbell. So if it says to start with 20 lbs for warm up and the barbell usually weighs 35-45 lbs does that mean I add 20 lbs to the barbell or just find a 20 lbs weight to start with?!
