Weight Training

When doing weight training there is a recommended amount of weight to lift on barbell exercises. Is that amount of weight supposed to be added to the bar or should it be lifted including the wieght of the bar

Hi @Painkiller, welcome to the forum!
All prescribed weights are included of the bar. Ex: bench press 20kg would be only the bar, squat 40kg would be the bar + 10kg plate on each side.
