Weight suggestion for Start Strong program

Hello, I’m new to Freeletics and doing the Start Strong program. In the coaching settings I added some equipments and different weights. However, for instance,for kettlebell and halve-moon, it is never mentionned how heavy these have to be. I thought the coach would addapt the workout in function of my equipment? Can you clarify ?

Hi @tomagneessens ,
For the bodyweight training journeys, if you add equipment, you won’t be assigned a specific weight. This will only be the case for weights dedicated TJ.
