Hi, I was looking at the exercises that can be done with a low bar (which can be added to the equipment). These are: incline rows, straight and negative bar dips.
Obviously incline rows can be done with one of these bars.
But what about negative and straight bar dips?
In the videos, it seems that there are two differences: straight legs (mandatory or is it okay to bend knees?) and the grip.
Would the technique still be considered as “perfect” despite these changes?

As you use exactly this equipment, I still have two questions if you don’t mind.
Do you keep the legs straight? (it can be challenging for beginners like me, but it’s certainly possible for more advanced athletes…)
And for the straight bar dips, the bar is supposed to be in front of the body so that one is lowering until chest touches the bar. If I understand you well, you do this with only one dips bar from the set of two and it’s stable enough?

Yes, I keep my legs as straight as possible, not only for maintaining proper form but also because it adds to the aesthetic appeal of the movement. And yes, I use only one bar from the set for the straight bar dips. It is stable enough and works well for this exercise.
