Workout days setting

Hi, I would like some advice please. If I set the training journey based on 5 days a week and, for example, there are weeks where I can do 5 workouts but others where I can do 4 or 3 more… the question is, is it always better to leave the days set to 5 or,or example, a week that I can do 4 or 3, go and change the days to 4 or 3? Because I see that the workouts change based on the number of days I train. I hope I explained myself. Sorry for my bad english. Hi everyone.

I would change it each individual week. As you wrote yourself: the algorithm changes the sessions with different number of planned coach days.
